Pimm's and Penguins

This Friday night Seamless Styling went to London Zoo. Not your typical friday night out in the fashion industry but we had an absolute blast. London Zoo are running an event through the month of July called Zoo Lates, and they very kindly invited us down! 

I remember visiting the Zoo on numerous occasions as a child and have since wanted to revisit but have sadly never gotten round to it, so to be invited back as adult was really an unmissable experience. Zoolates provides all the delights of any animal filled trip but with the added bonus of amazing street food, Pint glass Pimm's and silent discos.

We enjoyed all three! As we wondered through the zoo feeling a little overwhelmed with choices we thought it best to stop for fuel first (priorities!) Dinner was served in the form of the yummiest 'mac n cheese' ever, washed down with a pint of Pimm's, followed by Baileys cheesecake in a kind of brownie form...Needless to say we are now giddy with happiness, ridiculously full and need to sit down. Whilst digesting our food we waddled over to the penguin beach hut and settled down for the cutest penguin show, that grown adults (us included) gushing over the baby penguins!

Visiting the Zoo on any given summers evening is something we recommend every adult should do at least once. Its super fun and for a minute we even forgot that we were in the hustle and bustle of the city... R&R in the greatest form we say! Thank you for having us London Zoo x
