Our favourite way to start the morning is with our own take on a classic recipe from our childhood, Swiss muesli.
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 oats, granola, sunflower seeds, barley (make a mix of your favourites)
1 tablespoon dried coconut flakes
1/4 apple (honeycrisp is our favourite type) grated
A drizzle of honey (optional)
