Dont knock it before you try it





After dabbling in a ton of eating habits, my by far favourtie has to be clean eating. In basic terms this is simply eating whole foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. I am also working towards a vegan lifestyle (a scary prospect but always bloody worth it!) Now this is by no means a diet or any sort of quick fix but instead, a change of lifestyle that will undoubtedly benefit every aspect of your health and well being. Once equipped with all the correct foods this eating plan can be easy and really fun!

So above is the amazing green smoothie, I have this around 3 times a week for breakfast, sometimes adding kale, blueberries and recently always adding a spoonful of flaxseed and cinnamon. It's a great drink because there are basically no rules, throw in as much or as little as you like of any ingredient. The tub with the white lid is wheatgrass... absolutely vile taken as a shot by itself. But in this smoothie I swear I cant even taste it. I know it looks like a cup of sewage but honestly it's actually really really delicious and you'd never know it was jam-packed with vegetables and super foods. I urge you to try it before you knock it.
